Paula Dugan Forsyth, a native of Butler, passed away Jan. 26 following a long illness.

Paula was born Dec. 3, 1928, and she was a 1946 graduate of Butler High School.

Paula, a former resident of Denver, Colo., most recently lived in St. Louis, Mo.

She had retired from her career as a medical assistant in 1991.

Paula is survived by two children, Colleen (Kevin) Parviz of St. Louis, Mo., and Walter Forsyth of Houston, Tx.; four grandchildren, Courtney (Mark) Opheim and Rachel, Benjamin and Joshua Parviz; a great-granddaughter, Johnna Opheim; and four siblings, Nell (Paul) Langland, Stan (Peggy) Dugan, Connie Wiles and Terry Dugan (Beverlee).

<B>FORSYTH</B> — Friends of Paula Dugan Forsyth who wish to pay their respects are welcome to attend her funeral and interment at 2 p.m. Monday at Calvary Cemetery.
