10:58 p.m. Feb. 20 — Sarah E. Fox, 20, of Ironton, Ohio, was arrested for drugged driving after a traffic stop at East Wayne Street near South Main Street. She admitted to smoking marijuana before driving, police said, and handed over suspected marijuana that she had in her pants.

She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test, with lab results pending.

Fox was arraigned on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana. She was placed in the Butler County Prison on $5,000 bond following arraignment.

6:03 p.m. Feb. 16 — A Beaver County man was allegedly caught with marijuana and other contraband following a traffic stop on North Sixth Avenue at Ridge Avenue. The defendant, Michael Vigna, 29, of Baden, turned over a suspected partially smoked marijuana cigarette that he had in one of his pockets, police said.

Officers also searched his car, according to court documents, and found a baggie containing suspected marijuana.

Vigna is charged with possession of small amount of marijuana, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle with invalid inspection.

2:18 p.m. Feb. 18 — Melissa M. Cammisa, 34, of Butler allegedly created a commotion outside the Eat’n Park restaurant at the Clearview Mall in Center Township. A witness told officers that the suspect was “throwing objects, yelling and acting erratically,” according to a police report.

Police said they later found Camissa at a nearby convenience store on Route 8. She was arrested after police found she was wanted on several warrants. They also allegedly was found with drug contraband. She was placed in the Butler County Prison and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

6 p.m. Feb. 15 — A 16-year-old Harrisville boy and 15-year-old Butler boy were arrested for terroristic threats after police were called to Slippery Rock High School on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock Township. A police report provided no other information.

Feb. 10 — Nathaniel J. Ogden, 24, of Bruin was charged with drugged driving stemming from a traffic stop last year in Butler Township. Police said they stopped him around 2:35 a.m. Oct. 4 on Hindman Lane.

A subsequent search of his sport utility vehicle, according to court documents, turned up a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana, a smoking pipe and medical marijuana containers.

Police took Ogden to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test, and toxicology results showed he had methamphetamine in his system, documents said.

He is charged with driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and failing to notify authorities of a change of address.

1:30 a.m. Jan. 5 — Jeremiah T. Booker, 20, of New Castle lost control of his car and struck the side of a bridge and a concrete barrier on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. He was not injured.

[naviga:h3]State Police, Kittanning[/naviga:h3]

12:02 a.m. Tuesday — Tonya Cravener, 39, of Kittanning was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance following a one-vehicle wreck in North Buffalo Township.

Police said that when they got to the scene of the crash on the 600 block of Glade Run Road, they found a sport utility vehicle in a ditch, but the driver was gone. Troopers later found the defendant at her home.

Cravener was taken to ACMH Hospital in East Franklin Township for a blood test. Police said charges are pending lab results.
