The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

July 16 — Gilmore A. Hilliard Jr., 62, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a July 15 incident. Police said Hilliard got into a physical altercation in a public area.

July 16 — Patrick W. Magee, 47, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a July 15 incident. Police said Magee got into a physical altercation in a public area and pulled away from police.

July 16 — James Erwin Fleeger, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a July 15 incident. Police said Fleeger had a glass smoking device.

July 16 — Jeremy S. Kradel, 21, of Butler, was charged with felony trespassing following a July 16 incident. Police said Kradel was in a residence where he was not permitted.

July 17 — David L. Weichey, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a July 14 incident. Police said Weichey vandalized a vehicle.

July 16 — Eric Deangelo Hunter, 36, of Hilliards, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 4 incident. Police said Hunter had more than 200 pills stored in hollowed-out deodorant sticks.

July 15 — David Carlos Molina, 26, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor identity theft following a Jan. 17 incident. Police said Molina attempted to open accounts with mobile providers in someone else’s name.

July 15 — Samuel Raymond Summers, 62, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license following a June 21 traffic stop. Police said Summers was driving with a suspended license.

July 16 — Cloe Ellen Irwin, 25, of Kittanning, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy following multiple theft reports submitted April 23. Police said Irwin attempted to steal $460.91 in merchandise from Target over four instances.

July 16 — Kadon M. Nicholson-Mattu, 28, of Kittanning, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy following multiple theft reports submitted April 23. Police said Nicholson-Mattu attempted to steal $416.94 in merchandise from Target over four instances.

July 17 — Darnell Latrell Gaddis, 19, of Detroit, was charged with felony retail theft and one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime following a June 28 incident. Police said Gaddis stole $1,905.88 in merchandise from Walmart.

July 20 — Oliver Ane Pena Hiraldo, 20, of Cranberry Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following a June 25 incident. Police said Pena Hiraldo stole $419.53 in merchandise from Walmart.

July 13 — Marie Frances Hodapp, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 28 incident in Portersville. Police said Hodapp grabbed a woman by the head and pushed her down the stairs.

July 15 — Teresa J. Flatt, 65, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 28 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Flatt had crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe and showed signs of impairment.

July 15 — David Sergey Pierce, 21, of Harrisville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, marijuana possession and criminal mischief following a June 3 incident in Marion Township. Police said Pierce was throwing things, broke a door, had a THC vape and had a blood alcohol content of 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 15 — McKayla Jo McGinnis, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a June 11 traffic stop in Butler. Police said McGinnis showed signs of impairment.

July 15 — Steven Russell Brown, 59, of Fenelton, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 22 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Brown had a glass smoking device, a digital scale, tin foil and Chore Boy.
