Police reports as of July 21
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 8 — Robyn Renee Kellington, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a June 28 incident. Police said Kellington bit a woman’s arm.
July 11 — Justin Paul Barger, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a July 10 incident. Police said Barger ripped off a woman’s necklace and whipped her with it.
July 7 — Jackson Thomas Buterbaugh, 21, of Sarver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 15 incident. Police said Buterbaugh showed signs of impairment.
July 9 — Brady Thomas Page, 22, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 28 traffic stop. Police said Page had a blood alcohol content of 0.23%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 9 — Lucas Lorenzo Martsolf, 44, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 3 incident. Police said Martsolf had a blood alcohol content of 0.314%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 8 — Paul Leo Hufnagel, 58, of Harmony, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 12 crash. Police said Hufnagel had a blood alcohol content of 0.37%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 13 — John Mark Aubrey Jr., 41, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 12 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Aubrey had a blood alcohol content of 0.14%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 9 — Bobbie Bennie Lee Brown, 33, of McKeesport, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 15 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Brown tested positive for THC and showed signs of impairment.
July 8 — Kimberly Renee Ayres, 33, of Zelienople, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a June 22 incident in Harmony. Police said Ayres stole a Samsung Galaxy tablet.
