Police reports as of July 27

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

July 10 — Dremond Phillip King, 27, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a July 10 incident. Police said King threw a brick through a storefront window.

July 14 — Jennifer Lynn Barney, 51, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a July 13 traffic stop. Police said Barney had 14 stamp bags of suspected heroin.

July 14 — Thomas Deandrea Johnson, 32, of Washington, was charged with misdemeanor access device fraud following a June 19 incident. Police said Johnson used someone else’s bank card to complete $1,703.50 in fraudulent transactions.

State police, Butler

July 14 — Amanda Sue Leinenbach, 45, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 16 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Leinenbach had a blood alcohol content of 0.123%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

July 14 — David Brian Konar, 54, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 19 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Konar had crack cocaine folded in a dollar bill.

July 14 — Aubrey Nichole Shuler, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession and six misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession following a June 22 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Shuler had 60 white pills, a glass smoking device, a scale and related paraphernalia.

July 14 — Patrick Michael Fink, 36, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Fink had crack cocaine and related paraphernalia.

July 15 — Shannan Lee Hicks, 44, of Nanty-Glo, was charged with felony retail theft following a July 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Hicks had multiple items stolen from Boscov’s.

July 15 — Katilyn Briana Dennis, 29, of Nanty-Glo, was charged with felony retail theft following a July 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Dennis participated in and knew a retail theft was going to occur.

July 15 — Carrie Ann Miller, 43, of Nanty-Glo, was charged with felony retail theft following a July 14 incident in Center Township. Police said Miller participated in and knew a retail theft was going to occur.
