9:06 p.m. April 10 — David T. Duncan, 29, was arrested and charged with simple assault following a domestic dispute on the 400 block of Negley Ave.Police said Duncan punched his girlfriend in the face three times during an argument.12:32 a.m. April 10 — Christopher L. Coy II, 60, of Butler, was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassments following a domestic dispute on the 100 block of First Street.Police said Coy punched his wife and at some point grabbed her by the hair. Police said they saw injuries on the wife consistent with her story, and they found Coy drunk.April 10 — Carley M. Cahall, 41, of Butler, was charged with indecent exposure and public drunkenness after an April 9 incident on the 500 block of West Penn Street.After arriving on scene, police said they found Cahall naked and believed she was under the influence of drugs. Police said Cahall told other people she was having a medical issue.April 7 — Douglas C. Fudoli, 52, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from a Feb. 23 traffic stop in the city.Police said they found Fudoli sitting slumped over in the drivers seat of his running vehicle on North Cedar Street.Police said field sobriety testing indicated Fudoli was impaired, and a later blood test revealed amphetamine, phentermine, methamphetamine, benzoylecgonine, fentanyl and norfentanyl in his system.April 1 — Joshua M. McBride, 29, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after a home check by parole officers.Parole officers found a bundle of eight stamp bags of suspected heroin, which was turned over to police for their investigation.

April 13 — Jeremy D. Olaudio, 27, of Wampum, was charged with retail theft following an April 12 incident at the Walmart in Cranberry Township.Police said Olaudio stole a variety of merchandise, valued at about $460, by switching price tags on some items and failing to scan others.March 29 — Jonathan W. Meilander, 26, of Bellevue, was charged with retail theft related to a March 3 incident from Walmart in Cranberry Township.Police said Meilander stole a variety of items, valued at $455, by exiting the store without paying, but then ditched the cart full of items in the parking lot before fleeing.Meilander was charged in March with retail theft stemming from a different incident.

April 8 — Tyler A. Goehring, 31, of Ellwood City, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from an April 6 traffic stop on East Cooper Street in Slippery Rock.Police said they responded to a call of a truck doing burnouts. When they arrived at the scene, they found Goehring in the driver's seat of a still running vehicle, stopped along the street.Police said all three people in the truck were visibly drunk and there were piles of vomit nearby. Police said Goehring was identified as the driver, and he later appeared impaired during field sobriety testing.Police said Goehring later agreed to a breath test, which showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.210%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

12:24 a.m. April 12 — Ryan C. Hosey, 41, of Saxonburg, was arrested and charged with a first-offense DUI after a traffic stop on Dinnerbell Road in Jefferson Township.Police said they stopped Hosey for a broken brake light and for crossing lines on the road. Police said a field sobriety test indicated Hosey was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed Hosey's blood-alcohol content at 0.304%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.April 12 — Brandon J. Thrasher, 28, of Greenville, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from a Nov. 2 traffic stop on Kiester Road in Slippery Rock Township.Police said they stopped Thrasher for tinted windows. Police said they smelled marijuana during the stop, and Thrasher admitted to smoking it earlier that day.Police said Thrasher appeared impaired during field sobriety tests. Police found drug paraphernalia his vehicle, and a later blood test showed marijuana in his system.April 12 — Abigail J. Bert, 22, of Portersville, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from a Feb. 28 traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.Police said they pulled Bert over for an expired vehicle registration. Police said they smelled marijuana when they approached the vehicle. Officers also found two plastic tubes with marijuana residue inside them.Police said field sobriety indicated Bert was impaired. Later blood testing was conducted, but the results were not listed in the affidavit.April 12 — Kelly R. Wolf, 42, of Mercer, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from an April 6 traffic stop on Route 422 in Franklin Township.Police said they stopped Wolf because she failed to stop for a stop sign and didn't use her turn signal. Police said Wolf appeared impaired based on field sobriety testing.Wolf later refused to have her blood tested.April 12 — David J. Michalek, 22, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from a Feb. 26 traffic stop on Route 422 in Franklin Township.Police said they stopped Michalek for speeding, and they smelled marijuana as they approached the vehicle.Police said Michalek appeared impaired during field sobriety testing, and he later agreed to have his blood tested. The results showed marijuana was in his system.April 12 — Jacob N. Elbaz, 18, of Mercer, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from an April 12 traffic stop on South Main Street in Slippery Rock.Police said they stopped Elbaz for illegal window tint. Police said Elbaz appeared impaired during field sobriety tests, and a later blood test showed Elbaz's blood-alcohol content at 0.055%.Being under the legal drinking age, Elbaz was charged accordingly.12:39 p.m. April 11 — Desiree N. McCormick, 21, of West Sunbury, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a domestic dispute on the 1500 block of West Sunbury Road in Cherry Township.Police said McCormick's mother told them that during a fight her daughter hit her. Police said they saw bruising and swelling to the mother's right eye, consistent with her story.April 12 — Stevona S. Morgan, 26, of Butler, was charged with a second-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from a Feb. 20 traffic stop on North Duffy Road in Center Township.Police said they stopped Morgan for speeding and crossing lines. Police said Morgan also had a DUI-suspended license, and she appeared impaired during field sobriety testing.Police said Morgan admitted to smoking marijuana that day, but she later refused to have her blood tested.April 12 — Mariah L. Clark, 26, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI after a two-vehicle accident Feb. 19 on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township.According to documents, witnesses observed Clark lock herself in her car after the accident and acting erratically. Police said Clark was taken to the hospital because of injuries suffered in the crash, and during her stay, a test of her blood showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.203%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.April 12 — Gary R. Mourer was charged with a first-offense DUI after an investigation into a two vehicle crash April 9 on West Slippery Rock Street.Police said Mourer drifted into oncoming traffic, and his vehicle struck one driven by Lucas J. McMaster, 34, of Prospect. Mourer was uninjured in the crash, and McMaster refused medical treatment at the scene.Police said Mourer appeared impaired during field sobriety testing, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.152%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.April 12 — Tracy L. Weitzel, 43, of Butler, was charged with retail theft following an April 3 incident at Giant Eagle in Center Township.Police said Weitzel tried to leave without paying for about $65 worth of pet food.April 12 — Sarah S. Schoeffel, 41, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a third-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from a Feb. 27 traffic stop on Route 422 in Summit Township.Police said they stopped to investigate a vehicle on the side of the road and found Schoeffel sitting in the driver's seat with the door ajar. Police said they found Schoeffel had a suspended license.Police said field sobriety tests indicated she was impaired, and a later blood test showed a mixture of methamphetamine and cocaine in her system.April 12 — Jeremiah S. Fleeger, 39, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI stemming from an April 7 traffic stop on Route 8 in Center Township.Police said they stopped Fleeger for a broken brake light. Police said after speaking with Fleeger, they searched the vehicle and found two bags of suspected marijuana, a marijuana brownie and a half-full growler of beer.Police said field sobriety tests indicated Fleeger was impaired, but he later refused to have his blood tested.April 8 — Daniel E. Ramsey, 49, of Butler, was charged with a second-offense DUI stemming from a Feb. 20 traffic stop on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township.Police said he admitted to drinking beer before driving, and field sobriety tests indicated he was impaired.Police said later breath tests showed Ramsey's blood-alcohol content at 0.138%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.April 8 — Troy J. Whitmire, 24, of Butler, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.Police said Whitmire's sister reported that her brother took a photograph of her debit card and used it to take about $250 from her account.
