These items were collected from various police departments:

June 21 — Joseph T. Hutchison, 56, of Gibsonia, was charged with a first-offense DUI, related to a phone that was reported stolen.Police said Hutchison had picked up the wrong phone by accident and drove off with it. Police said the phone's owner tracked it and reported it to police, who then called it. Police said Hutchison returned the phone to its owner, but when officers spoke with him, they noticed he was drunk.Police said they arrested Hutchison for suspicion of DUI, and he later refused to have his blood tested.

June 21 — Zachary Matey, 27, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness following a June 20 report of a man sitting on the side of the road without a shirt on.Police said Matey matched the description, and he appeared intoxicated. Police said Matey was looking for his wallet. Police said they found Matey's wallet on a different street, and it held several stamp bags of heroin.Police said Matey said he knew the heroin was in the wallet, and he had earlier admitted to using Xanax.June 19 — Rebecca M. McCorkle, 30, of Butler, was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest, related to a June 18 domestic dispute on North Sixth Avenue in Butler.Police said they watched McCorkle punch another woman, and she resisted as police were arresting her.June 18 — Andrew F. Jones, 23, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense, drug and alcohol DUI, stemming from an April 23 traffic stop on South Washington Street in Butler.Police said they found Jones slumped over in his still-running vehicle. Police said field sobriety tests showed Jones was impaired, and a later blood test showed he had morphine, marijuana, fentanyl, norfentanyl, buprenorphine and norbuprenorphine in his system.Police said he also had a blood-alcohol content of 0.101%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Police said they also found full stamp bags of heroin and some empty stamp bags, as well as some hypodermic needles. Police also charged Jones for possessing these items.June 16 — Randal McGraw, 51, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, stemming from a May 26 traffic stop on Pearl Street in Butler.Police said they stopped the vehicle for multiple traffic violations and expired registration. Police said McGraw consented to a search of the vehicle, in which crystal meth and a smoking pipe was found.June 15 — Edward L. Osche, 68, of Butler, was charged with stalking, stemming from a June 15 incident in which a woman alleged he was following her.Police said the woman told officers Osche followed her in his vehicle to multiple points and stared at her during that time.Police said the woman at one point recorded the license plate number, which would later be shown registered to Osche.June 12 — Dustin W. Scott, 25, of Coraopolis, was charged with retail theft and public drunkenness, stemming from a May 29 incident at Dollar General in Butler.Police said after they arrived at the scene, they found Scott had tried to steal bottles of cough syrup, valued at $21 total. According to police, Scott told officers he had just left the YMCA after “shooting heroin and smoking weed.”Police said he also continually called himself the “Lizard King.”

June 21 — Luke D. Hixon, 26, of Mars, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a home visit by probation officers.Detectives said Hixon admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking beer, snorting cocaine and huffing solvents. Detectives found about 63 grams of marijuana in Hixon's home.

June 18 — Rachel M. Roman, 41, of Charleroi, was charged with possessing a controlled substance following her arrest June 17.Deputies said Roman had been detained in Westmoreland County, and she had an active bench warrant for her arrest in Butler County.Deputies said Roman was taken to Butler County Prison, where correctional officers said they found one heroin stamp bag, one pill of buprenorphine and one naloxone strip.June 16 — Daniel J. Hunter, 21, of Butler, was charged with lying to authorities, related to a concealed carry permit application he submitted May 28.Deputies said Hunter made an untrue statement related to his criminal history on the application.June 16 — Chanze R. Faulk, 25, of Cranberry Township, was charged with lying to authorities, related to a concealed carry permit application he submitted June 2.Deputies said Faulk made an untrue statement related to his criminal history on the application.

June 22 — David T. Duncan, 29, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense, controlled substance DUI, stemming from a May 19 traffic stop on Route 8 in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for going 29 mph in a 45 mph zone, among other traffic violations. Police said field sobriety tests showed Duncan was impaired, and a later blood test showed clonazepam, buprenorphine and norburprenorphine in his system.

June 23 — Anthony O. Crivelli, 26, of Denver, Colo., was charged with simple assault and harassment, related to a May 16 assault on a bus in Cranberry Township.Polie said multiple witnesses told officers that Crivelli punched a man in the face while on the bus, causing a cut and a broken nose. Police said the cut needed five stitches.June 23 — Zachery J. Karcz, 33, of Monaca, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a May 4 two-vehicle crash on Freedom Road in Cranberry Township.Police said Karcz was the driver of one of the vehicles involved, and troopers saw Karcz sitting in his damaged vehicle drinking a beer.Police said field sobriety tests showed Karcz was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.0228%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

7:30 p.m. June 22 — Arica L. Davis, 33, of West Middlesex, was charged with felony trespass and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, related to a garage break-in on Fairview Road in Fairview Township.Police said the homeowner saw Davis exit their garage after being in there without consent. Police said when they caught up with Davis, she admitted to peeking in the car windows, but not breaking into the garage.Police said they arrested Davis, and they found suspected meth and a glass smoking pipe. Police also charged her for having these items.June 21 — Robert T. Deane, 28, of Freedom, was charged with a first-offense DUI, following a June 10 vehicle crash on Brownsdale Road in Forward Township.Police said they believed Deane was drunk, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.151%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.June 21 — Nathan A. Meyers, 20, of Mars, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a May 15 traffic stop on Franklin Road in Jackson Township.Police said they found Meyers slumped over and unconscious in his vehicle, which was pulled to the side of the road with the driver's side door ajar.Police said Meyers could not complete field sobriety tests because of his level of intoxication and safety concerns. Police said a blood test later showed Meyers' blood-alcohol content at 0.136%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
