9:21 a.m. Saturday — Robert C. Blair, 52, of Saxonburg was hurt when the car he was driving collided with a pickup truck on Leasureville Road in Winfield Township. The truck, driven by Vincent W. Ferraro, 24, of Butler, struck and embankment and utility pole, following the collision.Blair, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to UPMC Passavant in McCandless, Allegheny County, with minor injuries. Blair was cited for making an improper left turn, and Ferraro was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Saturday — A burglar made off with items valued at $446 from a home in the 900 block of New Castle Road. The break-in happened between 6:45 and 11:30 p.m.Stolen from the home was nearly $200 in currency, three silver coins, a Kodak camera and a Sentry lock box.10:07 a.m. Friday — A 17-year-old Butler girl, who police did not identify, lost control of her car on wet Mercer Road and collided with a pickup just north of North Duffy Road in Center Township. The girl was cited for a lane violation. Daniel Yanity, 52, of Butler was driving the pickup.12:45 p.m. Thursday — A sport utility vehicle driven by James R. Miller, 63, of Alexandria, Va., struck a utility pole along at West Main and Pleasant streets in Prospect. Miller was cited for careless driving.Thursday — A blue Maglite flashlight was stolen in a burglary at an apartment on North Main Street in Slippery Rock.

11:33 a.m. Saturday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Holly A Clark, 28, of Rimersburg slid on a patch of ice and rear-ended another SUV on Route 368 just west of Keefer Road in Perry Township. Christopher Ridenbaugh, 31, of Parker was the other driver.

3:17 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Ryan L. Farster, 32, of Templeton and Christina W. Siewe, 50, of Bradford, Pa., collided on Route 28/66 in Boggs Township. Farster was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Nov. 18 — A thief stole a hay baler from an access road off Mill Hill Road a little less than a mile east of Garrett's Run Road in Ford City. The machine — a red, 1950s or 1960s New Holland Hayliner Super 68 — was taken between Nov. 9 and 18.3:15 p.m. Saturday — Alisha E. Hetrick, 22, of Templeton was hurt when the car she was driving rolled over twice on ice-covered Route 1031 in Boggs Township. Hetrick, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.9:35 a.m. Tuesday — A 42-year-old Manorville man allegedly exposed his genitals while driving on Route 422 just west of the West Hills exit in East Franklin. Police did not identify the suspect, who faces charges of open lewdness and indecent exposure.8:03 p.m. Nov. 18 — Jeffrey D. Patton, 21, of Kittanning was hurt when the sport utility vehicle he was driving crashed into a road sign and utility pole at Route 422 and Birch Haven Road in Manor Township. Patton, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital near Kittanning with minor injuries.Patton was cited for a lane violation, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and not wearing a seat belt.

3:15 p.m. Wednesday — Codey A. Holtman, 20, of Grove City was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old Grove City girl at a home in the 700 block of East Main Street in Pine Township. The girl, who police did not identify, suffered bruises in the suspected attack. Holtman was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and released on unsecured bail.

4:10 a.m. Saturday—Two men, including one from Butler County, were seriously injured in a two-vehicle head-on collision in Scott Township, Lawrence County. The crash happened when a car driven by Jesse A. Swanson, 20, of Cherry Township and a pickup truck driven by Daniel J. Book, 22, of New Castle collided on Route 19.Book was thrown out of his pickup. Medical helicopters flew both drivers to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Police said the investigation continues.
