Police reports as of Aug. 6

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

July 23 — David Kenneth Freehling, 54, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 29 traffic stop. Police said Freehling had suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine and a glass smoking device.

July 23 — David Morgan Cummings, 38, of Cabot, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a May 29 traffic stop. Police said Cummings had suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.

July 24 — Paxton Patrick Pavshak, 18, of Cheswick, was charged with felony criminal mischief following a July 17 incident. Police said Pavshak vandalized a vehicle.

July 25 — Tabatha Marie McConnell, 29, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft, drug paraphernalia possession and two related conspiracy counts following a July 25 incident. Police said McConnell had a glass smoking tube and stole $141 in merchandise from Gabe’s.

State police, Butler

July 27 — Ian Matthew Drozynski, 22, of Evans City, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 30 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Drozynski tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.10%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
