One person was flown, and another was taken by ambulance to Pittsburgh hospitals after a motorcycle and vehicle collided Saturday afternoon on Route 422 in Franklin Township.

The crash was reported around 1:45 p.m. near the intersection of Route 422 and Unionville Road, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch.

The scene was cleared at 2:52 p.m. Prospect and Portersville-Muddy Creek Township volunteer fire departments and Butler Ambulance Service were initially dispatched.
