These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

April 26 — Wade J. Brueckman, 31, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession related to a report of a drunken driver at the 7-Eleven on Mars Valencia Road.

Police said they found Brueckman parked at the pumps, then spotted drug paraphernalia in his vehicle. Police said as they arrested him, they found suspected heroin or fentanyl in his clothing.

Butler Twp

April 27 — Sarah M. Drew, 41, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft related to items stolen from Walmart.

Store employees told police Drew took 39 items, valued at about $229, without paying on April 25.

April 25 — Two men were charged with misdemeanor simple assault stemming from an accusation that they assaulted another man during an April 9 incident on Kendall Avenue.

Tyler J. Hartman, 25, of Butler, and Michael A. Durham, 51, of Lyndora, each were charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said a video of the incident shows Hartman and Durham confronting a man on the street. Police said the man is seen trying to walk away from the situation, but Hartman and Durham tackle him to the ground and beat him.

April 25 — Kayla M. Davis, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following multiple vehicle crashes March 26 in Butler Township.

Police said Davis hit a parked car on Hansen Avenue before crashing on Route 8 near Picklegate Crossing. Police said field sobriety tests showed Davis was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at .211%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.

April 29 — Ronald S. Jordan, 55, of Clarion, was charged with misdemeanor invasion of privacy after being accused of stashing hidden cameras in his ex-girlfriend’s bedroom at her Center Township home.

Police said a witness told the woman about the cameras, which were found pointing at her bed.

April 27 — Erika L. Cascio, 38, of Saxonburg, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor bad check related to the purchase of a boat Oct. 9, 2021, from Croll’s Mills Auction Service at the Butler Farm Show, Connoquenessing Township.

Police said Cascio bought a boat from the auction at a cost of $2,600, knowing her check would bounce.

April 26 — John W. Bridges Jr., 40, of Downsville, La., was charged with misdemeanor DUI stemming from an April 16 traffic stop on Route 356 near Bonniebrook Road.

Police stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road and making a turn without signaling. Police said field sobriety tests showed Bridges was impaired, and a later blood test showed Bridges’ blood-alcohol content at .135%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.

April 26 — Jonathan A. Hatcher, 45, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor counts of simple assault, reckless endangerment and child endangerment, related to an April 26 welfare check at the Pilot station in Muddy Creek Township.

Police said Hatcher’s estranged wife told officers he had followed her in a vehicle and forced her off the road then took their son from the vehicle. The woman told police she tried to get her son back, but Hatcher shoved her to the ground at which point she hit her head. She told police Hatcher drove of with the couple’s son.

April 25 — Brent D. Hilton, 54, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and unlicensed carrying of a gun following a single-vehicle crash April 16 on Route 8 near Hall Road, Brady Township.

Police said they found two guns in Hilton’s vehicle, and he did not have a license to carry them. Police said a later breath test also showed Hilton’s blood-alcohol content at .109%, and In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.
