The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

April 26 — Wade John Bruekman, 31, of Renfrew, was charge with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police allegedly found three stamp bags of heroin, nine empty stamp bags and a syringe in his car while he was pumping gasoline at a convenience store on Mars Valencia Road. Police searched Bruekman’s vehicle after responding to a report of an intoxicated male and allegedly saw a plastic syringe cap and a bottle cap in the center console while speaking with Bruekman.

May 2 — Joshua A. Dailey, 31, of Slippery Rock, was charged with possession of marijuana and several traffic violations after police said a can of beer, glass pipe, metal grinder and two grams of marijuana were found on his person or in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Hall Road in Clay Township.

May 2 — Barry L. Blum, 44, of North Washington, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he admitted to being drunk in his vehicle at 103 Jamison St., Petrolia. Following a breath test, Blum’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.247%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

May 2 — Melissa K. Shay, 62, of Parker, was charged with disorderly conduct after police said she became upset over the price of cigarettes in an Eau Claire borough Dollar General, threw items at people and yelled. According to police documents, Shay parked her car in front of the doors, revved the engine, honked its horn and yelled at customers. This is one of multiple calls police received about Shay in a short span of time, the report said.

April 29 — Branden M. Spare, 32, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and harassment after police said he sent threatening texts to a coworker. Police said Spare said to the coworker he would “break in our skull” and “put you next to your mom,” which implied killing the coworker.

April 28 — Parker J. Rettig, 20, of Fenelton, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and summary harassment after police said he threw his former girlfriend onto a bed during an altercation and threatened to shoot multiple people in the Petrolia borough house before leaving.

April 28 — Sara B. Morgan, 38, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanors related to theft, two misdemeanor DUIs and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance after police said Morgan stole an oxycodone pill bottle, ingested four of nine pills and operated an ambulance vehicle while under the influence. Following later blood tests, police said, traces of oxycodone were found in Morgan’s system.

April 28 — Blake A. Morrow, 29, of Fenelton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs and several traffic violations after police said she showed signs of impairment during a traffic stop on Carbon Center Road, Center Township. According to police, Morrow said she was texting and driving. Following a breath test, Morrow’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.155%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 28 — Anthony J. Bogaski, 23, of Pittsburgh, was charged with a felony for a false written statement while attempting to purchase a firearm and misdemeanor statement under penalty after police said he answered “no” when asked on a document if he was convicted of a criminal offense. Bogaski has a criminal record.
