These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 17 — Bryan J. Brown, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors of drug and paraphernalia possession related to an arrest warrant.
Police were called to assist at a medical call at Brown’s apartment. Police said while there, Brown gave them a false last name and date of birth. Police later confirmed Brown’s identity and found he had a warrant for his arrest.
Police said upon his arrest, they found one stamp bag of suspected heroin and corresponding drug paraphernalia.
March 16 — Joel M. Little, 38, of Mars, was charged with multiple offenses concerning two cases related to multiple disputes with a neighbor.
On Jan. 17, police talked with Little’s neighbor who claimed Little was drunk and refused to leave his home. When police arrived Little was not there, and the neighbor told officers he had left shortly before police arrived.
Police left the scene without speaking to Little but were called back a short time later, and they found Little’s vehicle had struck the neighbor’s garage, causing damage. Police said when they tried to confront Little, he retreated into his home.
In this case, he is charged with misdemeanors witness retaliation, resisting arrest, leaving the scene of a crash, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment and trespassing.
Police charged Little for an additional incident between 10:13 p.m. March 8 and 12:17 p.m. March 9. Police said during that time frame Little called 911 seven times to discuss the dispute about his neighbor, despite being asked to stop.
In that case, he is charged with misdemeanor calling of 911 for nonemergency purposes.
8:26 a.m. March 16 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on McCalmont Road in front of Kelly Chevrolet. Police said a vehicle driven by Darla Abraham, 35, of Butler, turned left in front of a vehicle driven by Tina Grangenols, 43, of Butler.
The vehicles hit head-on. Police said Abraham suffered a minor injury, and Grangenols was uninjured. Police said Abraham was cited accordingly.
March 17 — Christopher L. Coy, 61, of Butler, was charged with DUI following a July 30 two-vehicle crash on the 900 block of Herman Road, Summit Township.
Police said both drivers had injuries. Police said they initially found Coy in the passenger seat, but he later admitted to being the driver. Police said the other driver was taken by medical helicopter to a hospital, and Coy was taken by ambulance.
Police said a later blood test showed morphine in Coy’s system, as well as a blood-alcohol content of .188%. In Pennsylvania, a level of .08% or greater is considered intoxicated.
March 17 — April D. Waltenbaugh, 35, of Center Township, was charged with DUI stemming from a March 11 traffic stop on Route 8 near Fox Hollow Drive, Center Township.
Police stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Waltenaugh was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood-alcohol content at .148%. In Pennsylvania, a level of .08% or greater is considered intoxicated.
March 16 — Joshua P. Luchkiw, 36, of Butler, was charged with DUI stemming from a Jan. 14 traffic stop on South McKean Street, Butler.
Police stopped the vehicle for an unsignaled turn. Police said field sobriety tests showed Luchkiw was impaired, and inside the vehicle, they found a bag of suspected marijuana. Police said a later blood test showed meth, benzoylecgonine, xylazine and fentanyl in Luchkiw’s system.
