5:42 p.m. Nov. 26 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Route 8 in Butler Township.Police said Dylan Sebock, 18, of Butler, lost control of his vehicle due to snow conditions, which caused his vehicle to spin across the road and hit a vehicle driven by Marshall Reagan, 40, of Butler.Police said Reagan was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a possible head injury, but Sebock was uninjured.5:17 p.m. Nov. 26 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 422 near the Lyndora exit in Butler Township.Police said Thomas Kutcher, 48, of Meyersdale, lost control of his vehicle due to an ice patch. Police said Kutcher's vehicle swerved into an embankment and the vehicle rolled over.Police said Kutcher and his passenger were uninjured.2:10 p.m. Nov. 26 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Butler Road in Butler Township.Police said a vehicle driven by David Kalka, 62, of Butler, hit a hillside and flipped. Police said Kalka was uninjured.Nov. 25 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Delwood Road, near Zenith Road in Butler Township.Police said Catherine McFadden, 18, of Pittsburgh, lost control of her vehicle, causing the vehicle to cross the road and hit a guardrail. Police said McFadden and her passenger were uninjured.Nov. 22 — Matthew R. Tolley, 35, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanors drug and paraphernalia possession, related to an arrest Sept. 11 on Kohler Avenue, near Semanco Avenue in Butler Township.Police saw Tolley in the area and confirmed he had an active warrant. Police said upon his arrest, they searched him and found six full stamp bags, a metal spoon, empty stamp bags and syringes, among other drug-related items.Nov. 22 — Tammy L. Spinneweber, 54, of Rochester, was charged with misdemeanors drug and paraphernalia possession, related to an Oct. 25 incident in the parking lot of Walmart in Butler Township.Police said they spotted a woman who looked to be sleeping in the passenger seat of a vehicle, and they tried to wake her, unsuccessfully, by honking the horn. Police said after waking her, they spotted multiple stamp bags held in a larger plastic bag, which led to Spinneweber's arrest and further search.Police said they found five full bundles, which is 50 stamp bags, and one loose stamp bag. Police also found empty stamp bags and a spoon with heroin residue on it.

Nov. 17 — Nikki M. Steetle, 36, of Clintonville, was charged with misdemeanors drug and paraphernalia possession, related to a July 26 traffic stop on North Riverview Drive in Allegheny Township. Police stopped the vehicle for speeding 65 mph in a 40-mph zone. A check of Steetle's driving records showed his license was suspended. Steetle allowed police to search the vehicle, and officers said they found meth inside a small purse and a spoon with crystal residue on it.Nov. 18 — Keith R. Robinson, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and reckless endangerment related to a call received Oct. 10.The victim allegedly told officers Robinson touched a lit match to their forearm. Police photographed a red blister about .25 inches in diameter.Nov. 19 — Jonuel Rosa-Flores, 18, of Reading, was charged with felony aggravated assault related to a Nov. 12 report by a staff member of Summit Academy. Two employees told police Rosa-Flores punched one of them, and a struggle ensued. Police said one employee suffered a concussion and the other a minor cut.Nov. 22 — Isaiah A. Covey, 21, of Butler Township, was charged with a first-offense DUI, related to a Nov. 6 report of a vehicle involved in a crash on Route 308 near its intersection with Route 8 in Center Township.Police located a car with heavy damage consistent with a rollover crash. Police tracked the registration to a home on New Castle Road, where they identified Covey as the driver.Police said while talking with Covey, they smelled alcohol, and he admitted to drinking and driving. A later breath test allegedly showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.166%, and in Pennsylvania a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Nov. 22 — Andrew F. Elkins, 42, of Prospect, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a Nov. 19 traffic stop on the 2800 block of Oneida Valley Road in Washington Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for traveling 86 mph in a 55 mph zone. Police said they smelled alcohol, and field sobriety tests showed Elkins was impaired.A later blood test allegedly showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.163%, and in Pennsylvania a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
