These items were collected from various police departments:

Butler

Nov. 15 — Levi D. Stockdill, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and criminal mischief related to an Oct. 8 incident on the 200 block of College Street in Butler.

Police believe Stockdill threw about two dozen eggs at a home.

Nov. 15 — Crystal Webb, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession and paraphernalia, related to an Oct. 20 search warrant on a home on the 400 block of Shore Street in Butler.

Police said they found crack cocaine, scales and pipes inside the home, where Webb was living.

Jackson Twp

Nov. 15 — Stephanie J. Staph, 28, of New Castle, was charged with four misdemeanors of drug possession and driving with a suspended license, stemming from a July 31 traffic stop at the intersection of Tollgate School Road and Grove Hill Lane in Jackson Township.

Police said they stopped the vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign. Police said they smelled marijuana in the vehicle. According to police, Staph was uncooperative.

A police K-9 detected drugs in the vehicle, and in a later search, police allegedly found small amounts of heroin, marijuana, cocaine and prescription medications.

Slippery Rock

Nov. 14 — Nathan J. Livolsi, 19, of Negley, Ohio, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a Sept. 26 traffic stop on Grove City Road in Slippery Rock.

Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

A later blood test allegedly showed Livolsi’s blood-alcohol content was .152%,. In Pennsylvania, a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.

Nov. 14 — Bradley D. Filer, 21, of Mercer, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Oct. 31 traffic stop on New Castle Street in Slippery Rock.

Police said they stopped his vehicle for crossing lines on the road and nearly hitting a curb. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Filer was impaired.

A later breath test showed Filer’s blood-alcohol content at .25%, according to documents, and in Pennsylvania, a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.

SRU

Nov. 14 — Luke N. Duckworth, 22, of New Castle, was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct, related to an incident at Bailey Library on SRU’s campus.

Police met with six witnesses who allegedly said Duckworth touched himself inappropriately while in the library. When police arrived at the scene, they allegedly witnessed Duckworth in the act.

According to police, Duckworth admitted to the act, and said he was writing erotica at the time.

Nov. 14 — Ethan D. Flack, 19, of Chambersburg, was charged with misdemeanors of theft, possession of stolen property and criminal mischief, related to stolen letters from the Robert M. Smith Student Center on SRU’s campus.

Police said they watched security footage of Flack removing at least the letter “U” and taking it back to his room. Flack told officers it fell off while he was hanging on it, and he apologized, according to police.

State Police, Butler

Nov. 15 — Two people were charged stemming from a May 7 traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township.

Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Daniel D. Carter II, 33, of Stroudburg, was the driver and Michelle S. Book, 42, of Evans City, was the passenger.

Carter’s license was suspended, and field sobriety tests allegedly showed he was impaired. A later blood test allegedly showed meth in his system. Carter was charged accordingly.

Police found an active warrant for Book and arrested her. During a search, police found small amounts of crack cocaine and paraphernalia in her possession. Book was charged accordingly.

Nov. 14 — Brandi C. Bacome, 43, of Renfrew, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Oct. 26 traffic stop on Village Drive, near West Old Route 422 in Franklin Township.

Police said they stopped the vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle. Bacome was unable to complete field sobriety tests and performed poorly on those she did complete, according to police.

A later breath test allegedly showed Bacome’s blood alcohol content at .255%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.

Nov. 14 — Michael A. Cumblidge, 48, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Oct. 31 investigation into a disabled vehicle on Centreville Pike near Applewood Lane in Slippery Rock Township.

Police said they found Cumblidge behind the wheel of the still-running vehicle, and officers smelled alcohol in the vehicle. Cumblidge was unable to complete all the field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly on those he did complete.

A later breath test allegedly showed Cumblidge’s blood-alcohol content at .150%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.

Nov. 14 — Natoreus L. Bailey-Atwood, 20, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a Sept. 6 traffic stop on Pleasant Valley Road in Muddy Creek Township.

Police said they stopped the vehicle for speeding 95 mph in a 55 mph zone. Police said they smelled alcohol and marijuana in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. Bailey-Atwood refused chemical testing.
