Oct. 31 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Benbrook Road at Greenwood Drive.Police said a 17-year-old Slippery Rock male drove his vehicle into the intersection and another vehicle driven by Arunrat Dao, 41, of Pittsburgh, crashed into it.Police said no one was injured in the crash, but the teen was cited for a traffic violation.Oct. 28 — Dakota J. Wolfe, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor first-offense DUI, related to a Sept. 13 vehicle crash at the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Route 422.Police said Wolfe turned his motorcycle into another vehicle on the road. Police said Wolfe appeared intoxicated, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.Police said a later blood test showed Wolfe's blood-alcohol content at 0.165%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.Oct. 28 — Marsha D. Lavrich, 48, of Butler, was charged with felony false statement on a gun purchase form and misdemeanor false statement, during a gun transaction at Dick's Sporting Goods in Butler Township.Police said Lavrich answered no on the form where she should have marked yes.Oct. 27 — Trace E. Trempus, 22, of Cabot, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Oct. 23 traffic stop at the intersection of South Benbrook and Evans City roads in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road and speeding. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Trempus was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed Trempus' blood-alcohol content at 0.153%, and in Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

1:59 p.m. Oct. 27 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on South Main Street near Long Lane, Harrisville.Police said a vehicle driven by Keandra D. Wolfe, 18, of Clintonville, was stopped to make a left turn when it was rear-ended by another vehicle driven by Jett T. McGregor, 20, of Oil City.No injuries were noted in the police report, and McGregor was cited with a traffic violation.Noon to 10:25 p.m. Oct. 26 — Police are investigating an unknown person who slashed the tires of a 2015 Toyota RAV4 during this time frame.7:29 a.m. Oct. 26 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Old Route 68 in Forward Township.Police said a vehicle driven by Kimberly A. Donnelly, 55, of Evans City, left the road and hit a pole.Police said Donnelly left the vehicle at the scene without reporting the crash to police, and she has been cited accordingly.6:26 a.m. Oct. 26 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 422 at its intersection with Swartzlander Lane, Clearfield Township.Police said Melinda S. Wright, 33, of Manorville, was taken by ambulance to ACMH for suspected minor injuries related to her crashing into a deer.9:24 p.m. Oct. 24 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on New Castle Road near Dick Road, Franklin Township.Police said a vehicle driven by Jerry B. Bodish, 42, of Harmony, swerved across the center turn lane into oncoming traffic, causing a crash into a vehicle driven by Keagan P. Kresge, 18, of Mars.Kresge and one of his two 17-year-old passengers were uninjured, but one other passenger reported an injury of unknown severity. That passenger was not transported for treatment.Police said Bodish fled from the scene, so it was unknown if he was injured. He was cited accordingly.4:46 p.m. Oct. 14 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Chicora Road near its intersection with Oneida Valley Road, Summit Township.Police said a vehicle driven by Nathan C. Barnhart, 24, of Chicora, failed to yield the right of way as it turned left, causing a crash with another vehicle driven by David L. Morder, 60, of Butler.Neither driver was injured, but Barnhart was cited with a traffic violation.Noon, Oct. 14 — Police responded to a reported theft at the Dollar General in Center Township.Police said a Coca-Cola machine was stolen by an unknown person, who had cut the lock to do so.
