June 2 — Jessica L. Trinkley, 34, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance stemming from a report of drug activity in a Pillow Street parking lot.Police said they found Trinkley in a vehicle, the sole one in the parking lot. Police said Trinkley was then found with suspected crack cocaine in her possession.Butler TwpJune 2 — Christopher J. Kiser, 21, of Emlenton, was charged with a second-offense alcohol and drug-related DUI following an April 23 vehicle accident on Whitestown Road in Butler Township.Police said Kiser initially left the scene of the accident and pulled his vehicle into a driveway on Whitestown Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Kiser was impaired.Police said a later blood test showed Kiser had a blood-alcohol content of 0.187%, and he also had marijuana in his system. In Pennsylvania, for a blood-alcohol test, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
June 2 — Tiffany M. Davis, 34, of Canonsburg, was charged with felony device fraud related to a theft reported by her friend.Police said Davis used her friend's card without the friend's consent or knowledge to withdraw money from an ATM. Police said the action was corroborated by comparing security footage of the ATM and the bank statement for the fraudulent withdrawal.June 2 — Aquia D. Chambers, 23, of Cleveland, was charged with three misdemeanors related to a vehicle accident in Slippery Rock.Police said Chambers left the scene of a rear-end crash she caused. Police said they caught up with Chambers about a quarter-mile away from the scene. Police said one person from the crash was injured.Police said they later found that Chambers' license and insurance had been canceled. She has been charged with misdemeanors of leaving the scene of an accident, leaving an accident that involved injuries and causing an accident without insurance.
June 3 — Zachary J. Kristophel, 36, of Renfrew, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a May 30 traffic stop on Route 8 in Center Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for swerving on the road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Kristophel was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.148%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.June 3 — Lori R. Kindelberger, 44, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, stemming from a May 29 traffic stop.Police said Kindelberger was a passenger in a vehicle under a traffic stop. Police said they found she had an outstanding warrant in Allegheny County, which prompted them to arrest her.Police said during the arrest, they found seven stamp bags of suspected heroin, one stamp bag of suspected fentanyl, five empty stamp bags and one capped syringe.June 2 — James R. Minton, 52, of Cabot, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a May 16 traffic stop on Evans City Road in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road and for failing to use a turn signal.Police said field sobriety tests showed Minton was impaired, and a breath test showed he had a blood-alcohol content of 0.259%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.June 2 — Tiffany M. Kroll, 34, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a March 3 traffic stop on Old Plank Road in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle after a routine check showed the insurance was canceled. Police said field sobriety tests showed Kroll was impaired, and a later blood test showed she had a blood-alcohol content of 0.135%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.June 2 — Donald J. Dobson, 46, of Parker, was charged with a first-offense DUI following a vehicle crash on Chicora-Fenelton Road.Police said they found Dobson walking along Hooker Road in Concord Township, and when they asked him why he was walking, he told them he hit a deer earlier that night.Police said field sobriety tests showed Dobson was impaired, and a later breath test showed the blood-alcohol content was 0.107%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
