Thursday — Marlon Williams, 42, of Butler, was charged with a felony count of fleeing from officers to avoid apprehension. According to charging documents, police were assisting a Liberty Bail bondsman with an arrest warrant for Williams when he led officers on a foot chase.Police said Williams ran from Center Avenue into a yard on East Boyd by jumping over a fence. Police said Williams fell down at least five times during the pursuit, but after his arrest he denied medical treatment.

March 9 — John P. Conley, 64, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from an investigation into a report of two people passed out in a car in Point Plaza, Butler Township.According to charging documents, police found Conley unconscious in the driver seat of vehicle pulled onto the berm of New Castle Road. Police said a woman was also passed out in the passenger seat.Police asked him to identify himself. Conley turned over a Ignition Interlock Limited Driver License, and police also noticed a interlock device connected to the vehicle.Police said they found a plastic bag containing Xanax in the vehicle. Police said a field sobriety test also indicated Conley was impaired.According to documents, after being arrested, Conley refused a blood test.

Thursday — Evan C. Davila, 21, of Ellwood City, Pa., was charged with theft by deception related to an investigation into fraudulent purchases.According to charging documents, Davila was working as a customer service member at Walmart in Cranberry Township, when a woman returned a blanket she had ordered online.Police said Davila admitted to accessing the woman's online order without her permissions and completing a full return on all the items, valued at about $150.According to documents, the Walmart Asset Protection Department gave police surveillance video and a written confession from Davila for the case.

March 9 — Barbara A. Raybuck, 56, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from a Feb. 20 traffic stop on Whitestown Road, Butler Township. According to charging documents, police stopped Raybuck's because she failed to use her right turn signal.Police said while conducting a field sobriety test, Raybuck admitted to drinking, and the tests showed signs of impairment.Raybuck later submitted to chemical testing, which revealed she had a blood-alcohol content of .171%, according to documents.March 9 — Eileen D. Moore, 66, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a Feb. 7 traffic stop on New Castle Road in Butler Township. According to charging documents, police stopped Moore for tinted side windows.Police said Moore performed field sobriety tests, which indicated she was impaired. Police said Moore admitted to marijuana use and was found in possession of a crack pipe.According to documents, a blood test revealed Moore had marijuana in her system.March 9 — Nicholas J. Ray, 22, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI after he drew the suspicion of officers at the state police barracks.According to charging documents, Ray was at the barracks Feb. 8 for fingerprinting in an unrelated case. Police said as he was leaving, they noticed he smelled of marijuana, and he was heading toward an SUV parked in the barracks' lot.According to documents, Ray told police it was his SUV, which he had driven to the barracks. Police said after a series of field sobriety tests conducted in the lobby, Ray admitted to smoking marijuana that morning.Ray was arrested and submitted blood samples for testing, which showed he had marijuana and amphetamine in his system.March 9 — John W. Powers, 30, of Prospect, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from a Feb. 22 traffic stop in a parking lot. According to charging documents, police noticed a pickup truck with its headlights on parked in a business' parking lot beyond its operational hours.Police said they found Powers asleep in the driver's seat and a large dog barking loudly inside the truck.According to documents, once police began speaking with Powers, the recognized the odor of alcohol and asked him to perform field sobriety tests, which indicated he was impaired. The documents said after his arrest, Powers refused a breath test.

Thursday — Edward D. Skrot, 35, of New Kensington, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from a Jan. 16 traffic stop on Route 28, Buffalo Township. According to charging documents, police stopped Skrot after watching him swerve between lanes.Police said they put Skrot through field sobriety tests, which indicated he was impaired. After his arrest, Skrot told police he had taken a second dose of methadone before driving, according to documents.The documents said a blood test was administered and showed Skrot had methadone and fentanyl in his system.
