3:40 p.m. Thursday — Vehicles driven by Wilber Hile, 80, of Karns City and Anthony Toffalo, 72, of Butler collided at Route 6 and Evans Road. Police said Hile was cited for failing to stop at a red light.
12:28 p.m. Thursday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Michelle K. Fetting, 50, of Pittsburgh collided with two other vehicles at New Castle and North Duffy roads.
No one was injured but two of the three vehicles had to be towed. Police cited Fetting for running a red light.
The other drivers were Gregory Rotunda, 68, of Renfrew and Sherri Lutz, 37, of Easton, Northampton County.
4:21 p.m. Wednesday — Stephen R. Bole, 62, of Butler allegedly caused a disturbance at Butler Memorial Hospital. Police were called to the hospital’s emergency room for the report of a patient hitting a staff member.
Bole is charged with public drunkenness and harassment.
9:30 p.m. Aug. 29 — Richard C. Jamison Jr., 33, of Center Township was found unresponsive at a table with his 7-year-old son at the Burger King on Route 8 south. Police eventually awakened Jamison, who appeared intoxicated.
He denied taking drugs but admitted he had “a few beers,” according to court documents. Police found him with a marijuana pipe. He is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.

Wednesday — A 17-year-old Butler boy was charged as an adult for having a plastic baggie containing about an ounce of suspected marijuana in Butler.
The teen’s probation officer found him smelling of marijuana Sept. 1 on East Penn Street near McKean Street, according to court documents. The officer subsequently seized a bag containing the alleged drug in a pouch where the boy was standing.
He is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Tuesday — Teia M. Neely, 35, of Franklin Township was charged with having drug contraband Aug. 2 at the police barracks in Butler Township, where she had driven a man on an unrelated matter.
While speaking to Neely at her vehicle, an officer noticed her turn away and reach into her waistband. The officer grabbed her arm and took a small elastic case out of her waistband
The case contained three syringes, two metal spoons and a suspected crack pipe, according to court documents. She was taken inside the barracks and processed on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tuesday — Elijah J. Schnell, 20, of West Sunbury was charged with being at more than twice the legal limit for alcohol and on drugs after he was pulled over for speeding about 3:20 a.m. July 22 on Route 8 at West Diamond Street in Butler.
Police said he failed field sobriety testing and a portable breath test device showed he had alcohol in his system. He was taken for a blood test at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Toxicology results indicated his blood-alcohol level was 0.189 percent, court documents said. A level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated under state law. He also had marijuana in his system.
A search of his vehicle turned up two marijuana pipes and a marijuana grinder.
Schnell is charged with driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, DUI by a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, running a red light, careless driving, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt.
Tuesday — Police charged Justin W. Cooksey, 34, of Lyndora with DUI in connection with a Sept. 1 traffic stop at New Castle Road and Hansen Avenue in Butler. He was stopped for twice crossing the center line.
Cooksey was arrested after failing field sobriety tests and was taken for a breath test that showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.099 percent.
In addition to DUI, he is charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, disregarding traffic lanes, failing to keep right, failing to use turn signals, careless driving and reckless driving.
Tuesday — Stephanie L. Stolz, 27, of Butler Township was charged with drugged driving stemming from a traffic stop last month on South Monroe Street in Butler. Police pulled her over about 12:10 p.m. Aug. 12 after noticing she had an expired inspection sticker.
Stolz failed field sobriety tests and was evaluated by a drug recognition expert. A blood test at Butler Memorial Hospital showed she had marijuana and prescription medication in her system, according to court documents.
She is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without valid inspection, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt.
Tuesday — Police charged Ethan S. Brady, 26, of Butler with DUI in connection with an Aug. 19 traffic stop for having a burned out headlight on Route 68. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested after the stop about 1:55 a.m.
A breath test showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.094 percent. In addition to DUI, he is charged with careless driving and a lighting violation.
Aug. 30 — Shannan V. Neff, 40, of West Sunbury was charged with drugged driving stemming from a one-vehicle accident earlier in the month in Center Township. Police said she wrecked her 2003 Hummer down an embankment and into a tree along South Benbrook Road.
Police spoke to a witness, according to court documents, who reported seeing the vehicle repeatedly cross over the fog line and center line before swerving off the road.
Neff was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital where a blood test showed she had “multiple controlled substances or metabolites” in her system. Those drugs were not specified in documents.
She is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and disregarding traffic lanes.
