9:01 p.m. Saturday — Sara B. Minda, 28, of Butler was arrested on a pair of bench warrants after police were called for a disturbance at a parking lot on the 700 block of South Main Street. Police said when they got there they found Minda arguing with another woman.
The warrants, court records showed, were issued after Minda failed to appear for hearings in connection with misdemeanor drug and assault cases earlier this year.
She was placed in the Butler County Prison following her arrest.
2:17 a.m. Friday — Anthony J. Maffeo, 31, was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, Kacey Blackwell, during a domestic dispute at their home on the 300 block of Howard Street.
Maffeo is accused of punching Blackwell several times. She suffered a lump on the left side of her head and scratches on her chest.
During the alleged altercation, according to court document, the defendant threw several objects, including a large fan that nearly struck the couple’s infant who was laying in a bassinet.
Maffeo was arraigned on charges of child endangerment and simple assault. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $3,000 bail following arraignment

Monday — John D. Locke, 56, of Butler was charged with drugged driving stemming from a crash last month at New Castle Road and Route 68. Police said he wrecked about 9:35 a.m. June 13.
Toxicology reports showed Locke was “under the influence of several different controlled substances,” according to a police report.
In addition to driving under the influence of a controlled substance, he is charged with driving with a suspended license and driving at an unsafe speed.

11 p.m. Saturday — An Allegheny County man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during an argument in a car on Interstate 79 in Butler County.
Jacob P. Farabaugh, 42, of Oakdale is accused of punching Tira Kopec in the face. Police were notified of the domestic dispute after the couple pulled off the interstate and into the Pilot gas station on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township.
Kopec asked employees to call police, according to court documents. She allegedly suffered a small cut to the inside of her bottom lip and a small bruise to the outside of the same lip.
Farabaugh was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,000 bail.
July 5 — Police charged Kevin A. Brodie, 24, of Slippery Rock with having a marijuana cigarette during an investigation into a civil issue June 25 at a home in the 300 block of Kelly Boulevard.
Brodie admitted having smoked the blunt after troopers got there and smelled marijuana in the home, according to court documents. He turned over to police the half smoked blunt that was in an ashtray.
He is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
July 6 — Police charged Dana E. Martin III, 22, of Clay Township with DUI stemming from a call last month for a man asleep in a pickup truck partially on the road in Concord Township.
Troopers said they had to use sternal rubs to eventually awaken Martin. His truck was backed into a driveway at Seven Hills and Cherry roads, with part of the vehicle still on the road.
A half empty case of beer was on the passenger side floor with empty beer cans littered about the truck, according to court documents. Police said they also noticed a half empty bottle of whiskey bin the vehicle.
The defendant reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication, according to police. He failed field sobriety tests, and a breath test subsequently showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.172 percent.
In addition to DUI, he is charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, driving with an open container of alcohol, driving a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving.
