STUDENTS PROTEST — With a list of grievances against recent action taken by the Butler School Board, including a return to the semester plan from the current trimester system, hundreds of Butler Intermediate School students gathered Feb. 20, 1976, in front of the high school gymnasium. The students later assembled in the high school auditorium, where they demanded to meet with school directors to discuss the issues.
