Ronald J. McKivigan

Ronald J. McKivigan, 57, of East Brady passed away Sunday at Healthsouth Harmarville Rehabilitation Center.

Born Aug. 31, 1959, in Butler, he was a son of David and AnnaMarie Hesidence McKivigan.

He was a former owner of Captain Ron's Restaurant in East Brady.

He enjoyed boating and always helping those in need.

Surviving are his son, Spencer David McKivigan; and his daughter, Amber Star McKivigan, both of Butler; his parents, David and AnnaMarie McKivigan; four brothers, Richard (Sandy), Raymond, Robert and Ryan (Amy) McKivigan, all of Butler; and two sisters, Donna Kuhns and Deanna (William) Blust, both of Butler.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

MCKIVIGAN — Friends of Ronald J. McKivigan, who died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, will be received from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, 210 St. Wendelin Road, Butler, with the Rev. Matthew McClain, pastor, officiating.
