Butler Police
4:48 p.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by Desiree L. Pannier, 34, of Butler crashed at the intersection of Pittsburgh Road and Pittsburgh Pike.
Pannier told police she was driving on Pittsburgh Road when her dog started licking her face, causing her to become distracted.
Her vehicle hit a curb on Pittsburgh Road before crossing the Pittsburgh Pike intersection, crashing over a sidewalk and into a parking lot.
No charges were filed.
4:38 p.m. April 23 — A vehicle driven by Jeanette M. Yencarelli, 48, of Butler collided with a vehicle driven by Amber M. Doller-Smith, 28, of Butler on McGeary Street.
Police said Doller-Smith was backing out of a private driveway and did not see Yencarelli’s vehicle.
No charges were filed.
9:12 a.m. April 22 — Vehicles driven by Joan E. Yockey, 70, of Butler and Olivia Hershberger, 19, of Butler collided at the intersection of East Cunningham and South Cliff streets. Police said Yockey, who was driving east on East Cunningham Street, was unable to stop at the stop sign due to rain.

March 13 — Someone stole a firearm from a residence at 174 Jamisonville Road in Center Township sometime between Aug. 15 and March 13.
