Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

March 31 — Michael S. Mountain, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he hit someone’s head against a wall.

Butler Twp

April 2 — Deonte D. Morrison, 30, of Delmont, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said he withdrew $2,595 from a closed account.

Cranberry Twp

April 10 — Gregory P. Paulson, 55, of Baden, was charged with misdemeanors disorderly conduct and inhaling toxic substances and summary public drunkenness. Police said he was found ingesting a can of Endust.

April 3 — Jordan M. Burford, 32, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony aggravated assault and summaries harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said he punched and kicked someone.

Jackson Twp

April 1 — Jennifer A. Walker, 26, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her March 15 on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.099%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Lancaster Twp

April 1 — Joshua J. Sinclair, 30, of Harmony, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after police stopped him on Whitestown Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.203%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Middlesex Twp

March 30 — Jeffrey R. Blood, 43, of Gibsonia, was charged with felony carrying a firearm without a license and misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him on Adair Avenue. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.309%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%. Police said he was also found with a bag of suspected cocaine.

March 28 — Matthew R. Mahan, 31, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he was located at a residence where he had been asked not to return.

Slippery Rock Borough

March 31 — Kevin Brown, 29, of Sharpsville, was charged with misdemeanors resisting arrest and faulty communications with 911 and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he hung up on 911 several times and did not comply with officer’s commands.

Slippery Rock University

April 1 — Anthony M. Shepp, 19, of Erie, was charged with misdemeanor and summary harassment. Police said he repeatedly sent threatening messages to someone.

April 1 — Ryan P. Mosher, 21, of Central Square, N.Y., was charged with 11 misdemeanor counts of furnishing liquor to minors. Police said he bought beverages which 11 minors drank.

April 1 — Quellan J. Portis, 22, of Coraopolis, was charged with misdemeanor furnishing liquor to minors. Police said he bought alcohol for someone who was underage.

April 1 — Micah D. Passmore, 21, of Claredon, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he took a water bottle that was not his.

State police, Butler

March 30 — Raymond N. Raine, 30, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and two counts of summary harassment. Police said he placed his hands around someone’s throat and punched someone.

March 28 — Peter E. Armstrong III, 22, of Renfrew, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 29 on Villa Drive, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed traces of xylazine and fentanyl in his system.

March 28 — Nathaniel J. Laufer, 29, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a THC vape cartridge, two bags of mushrooms and a smoking pipe.
