Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

March 19 — Sarah L. Rodney, 38, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Crest Lane. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.299%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Butler

March 21 — Angela N. Stietenroth, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving under a suspended license after police said she was stopped Jan. 30 on Broad Street.

March 21 — Robby L. Killmeyer, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and resisting arrest. Police said he punched someone in the face.

March 20 — Margaret Durler, 45, of Butler, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and misdemeanors resisting arrest and false identification to an officer. Police said she resisted arrest and attempted to spit on an officer.

Butler County Detectives

March 21 — Charles E. Ealy, 42, of Butler, was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor resisting arrest. Police said he kicked a probation officer.

Butler County Sheriff

March 20 — Michele L. Shearer, 50, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors disorderly conduct and failure to disperse. Police said she created a disturbance and yelled at Children & Youth Services workers.

Butler Twp

March 21 — Jonathan R. Spuntak, 41, of Mars, was charged with felony theft. Police said he received payment for services he never completed.

Cranberry Twp

April 10 — Richard T. Grassi, 27, of Erie, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he was driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate.

April 10 — Daniel D. O’Rourke, 45, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor carrying a firearm without a license. Police said he was found in possession of a handgun during a road rage incident.

April 9 — Bobbi J. Asbury, 43, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was discovered with a marijuana grinder and a small bag of suspected marijuana.

April 5 — Russel A. Schmidt, 48, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felonies theft and trespassing. Police said that over the course of a month, he left Walmart on five occasions without paying for merchandise which amounted to $564.

March 28 — Richard A. Kelly, 63, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor possessing a criminal instrument. Police said he caused a disturbance using a homemade speaker.

March 21 — Jeremy R. Carlino, 32, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police allege he failed to stop and exchange information after rear-ending a vehicle on Dutilh Road.

Middlesex Twp

March 22 — Nathan J. Gambell, 45, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 12 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed traces of clonazepam and cocaine.

State police, Butler

March 21 — Matthew N. Ford, 37, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony trespassing and misdemeanors theft and false identification to an officer. Police said he was found in a shed on a property that was not his and refused to give his information.

March 21 — Maryann Vetterly, 61, of Franklin, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said she failed to pay two people after agreeing to purchase a property with them.

March 20 — Sean A. Coffman, 19, and Brenna G. Clegg, 19, both of Pittsburgh, were charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they were found with suspected marijuana, a bong and a THC vape pen.

March 20 — Derrick D. Cotten, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Police said he kicked in a door to a residence that was not his.

March 20 — Joseph F. Rogers, 45, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said he was previously informed he was not allowed on a residential property.

March 20 — Kellie L. Horne, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with suspected crack cocaine and smoking pipes.

March 20 — Joseph O. Jordan, 37, of Rimersburg, was charged with felony theft. Police said he failed to pay for equipment he rented.

March 18 — Devin J. Gustafson, 18, of Waynesburg, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him March 2 on North Road, Slippery Rock Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.04%.
