12:33 p.m. Saturday — Terry Beth Morse, 54, of Buffalo Township was arrested for felony shoplifting after she allegedly stole $200 in merchandise from the Kmart store at Pullman Square.Morse is accused of taking clothing items and a purse, leaving the store and driving away in a sport utility vehicle. Police said they arrested the suspect a short time later following a traffic stop. A search of her purse, according to court documents, turned up a suspected Suboxone strip for which she did not have a prescription.Morse, who has three prior shoplifting arrests, was arraigned on a felony count of retail theft and a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She is being held in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail.Saturday — John P. Rehm, 55, of Butler was arraigned on a felony theft charge after allegedly stealing a car parked at Hovis Auto Parts on West Jefferson Street.The owner told police that he saw the defendant get into the car and drive away, according to court documents. The car, a Toyota Celica, was later found in the parking lot of the Walgreens store on New Castle Road in Butler Township.Police said they spoke to witnesses who reported seeing the suspect get out of the car and go into the store.Rehm was arraigned on a charge of theft of a vehicle, a third-degree felony, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $30,000 bail.

9:45 p.m. Friday — John P. Conley III, 25, of Zelienople is accused of causing a disturbance at a home on Campbell Avenue. Conley fled the house before officers got there.The homeowners told police they previously advised the suspect that he was not welcome there. Police said he is charged with trespass.12:15 p.m. Friday — A 16-year-old Cabot boy allegedly attacked a 16-year-old Parker student during an altercation at the Clarence Brown School. Police said the suspect pushed the victim's head through a classroom window.

Monday — Police charged Trent Sterns, 18, of Grove City with stealing money from a West Washington Boulevard home Nov. 6. Sterns is charged with theft.Sunday — Nichole Duddy, 23, of Sharon was arrested at her home on a warrant stemming from a suspected case of identity theft in October. Police said Duddy is accused of obtaining the victims' information through her employment at Trinity Living Center, Hillcrest Avenue, after which she applied for several credit cards in their names.The defendant was arraigned on five counts of forgery and two counts of identity theft, and placed in the Mercer County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Sunday — David L. Thornburg, 54, of Erie was arrested for driving under the influence on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. He was arraigned on charges of DUI and careless driving, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail.

9 p.m. Saturday — A 31-year-old Rimersburg woman was uninjured in a vehicular altercation in Licking Township. The incident happened on Route 368 at Callenburg Road where a 46-year-old West Freedom woman used her vehicle to try and block Jessica Crawford's vehicle, according to a police report.When Crawford drove around the other vehicle, the suspect rammed Crawford's vehicle, causing minor damage. Police said the suspect, who they did not identify, fled. She faces pending charges of simple assault and reckless endangerment.Saturday — A 54-year Evans City woman reported that someone cut two tires on her vehicle that was parked on Railroad Street in Clarion Township between 6:15 and 9:30 p.m.

11:12 p.m. Sunday — Justin A. Foley, 31, of Renfrew was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a utility pole along Saxonburg Road, just south of Lefever Lane in Jefferson Township.

Nov. 6 — An unknown vandal or vandals damaged four mailboxes in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. Three of the mailboxes were on Princeton Station Road and the other was on Grant City Road. The vandalism occurred between 11 p.m. Nov. 5 and 8 a.m. Nov. 6.

Monday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement reported that Millerstown Inn in Chicora was cited for violating the state liquor law by illegally selling alcohol after hours.An administrative law judge will hear the case.
