Butler Twp Police5:23 p.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by Stephen Tutino, 21, of McDonald, Washington County, rear-ended another vehicle on Route 356 at the Route 422 spur near Moraine Pointe Plaza. Police cited Tutino for careless driving. Donna Thompson, 54, of Butler was the other driver.3:23 p.m. Monday — Jeffrey Andrasovsky, 57, of Butler was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness after it was reported that he was lying on the ground naked near the volleyball court in Alameda Park.

State Police, Butler6:29 p.m. Monday — Shelly Ann Raynovich, 33, of Butler was arrested on charges she was driving drunk with her three teen children in her car in Summit Township.Police were initially called about 5 p.m. to the Eastwood Village apartment complex for a suspected drunken driver with three children in a car. By the time troopers got there, court documents said, the suspect had driven away after two of the children, ages 13 and 15, had gotten out of the vehicle.While the officers were still there, Raynovich returned to the apartment complex in her car. Her 17-year-son son was riding in the back seat, police said.Raynovich appeared to be intoxicated, documents said, and troopers advised that she was being arrested for suspected drunken driving. But she allegedly tried to pull away and police said they had to “use substantial force to overcome the resistance.”The defendant was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test. Afterward, District Judge Lewis Stoughton arraigned her on charges of driving under the influence, three counts of child endangerment, and resisting arrest. She was placed in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bail, following arraignment.Friday — Police charged Jacob T. Freiters, 20, of Petrolia with drunken driving stemming from an Aug. 8 wreck in Bruin. The crash happened when Freiters’ pickup truck struck a tree that was laying across Hemlock Road about one-half mile south of Route 268.Troopers arrested the suspect, who was taken for a blood test at ACMH Hospital near Kittanning. A recent toxicology report showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.190 percent, or more than double the state’s 0.08 percent limit, according to court documents.Freiters is charged with driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed.

State Police, ClarionFriday — Someone broke into a building on the property of the Richland Township Building and stole an unspecified amount of fuel. The burglary happened between Aug. 8 and 23.Police provided no other information in a news release, including if they have any suspects.

State Police, Kittanning1:53 a.m. Saturday — A 35-year-old Worthington man, who police did not identify, is suspected of causing more than $2,000 in damage to a woman’s property on Spruce Lane in Worthington. Police said their investigation continues.3:35 a.m. Friday — Joshua M. Shreckengost, 34, of Worthington was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Nichola Road, about one-half mile north of Route 422 in West Franklin Township.Shreckengost, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. The Worthington-West Franklin and East Franklin volunteer fire departments assisted police at the scene.8:25 a.m. Aug. 21 — A truck tractor driven by Chester E. Roberts, 55, of Camden, Mo., struck the side of a car driven by Emily L. Slaughenhoup, 22, of Petrolia, while changing lanes on Route 422 at the West Kittanning exit ramp in East Franklin Township. Police said Roberts was cited for a lane violation.

State Police, Mercer7 p.m. Monday — A shoplifter stole three leopard print and red Coach bags from the Coach store at Premium Outlets in Springfield Township. The unknown man drove away in a burgundy van that was in the parking lot. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-662-6162.
