And for those of us living in Cranberry Township, an extra bonus: another Chuck Caputy-approved tax increase. I do not see the need for yet another tax increase. As I have said before, we can have both low taxes and all of the programs so many of us enjoy. We need to become more aggressive in pursuing borrowing opportunities.
