Vera Jean Davis, 79, of Cranberry Township, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, while under the care of Concordia of Cranberry.

Born May 11, 1947, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Manuel Pisani and Philomena Caruso Pisani.

Vera enjoyed crossword puzzles, decorating for the holidays and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Above all, Vera loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Michael James Davis III; her sister-in-law, Fay Davis; her nephew, Jason (Jenine) Davis; her niece, Autumn (Kurt) Woodcock; her great-nephew, Hayden Woodcock; and her extended family, including Gloria, Carol and Gina.

In addition to her parents, Vera was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Michael James Davis Jr.; her brother, David Pisani; and her brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Glen Davis, Wayne Davis and Terry Davis.

DAVIS — Family and friends of Vera Jean Davis, who died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, will be received for visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of a funeral ceremony at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

She will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens.
