Bessie Kendra, 84, formerly of Butler died Saturday at UPMC Passavant hospital, McCandless Township.

Born Nov. 13, 1922, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Charles and Georgianna Ritz Ellin.

She is survived by a daughter, Janet E. Antoszyk of Evans City; three grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and two nieces.

She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister.

<B>KENDRA </B>— A private family memorial service for Bessie Kendra, who died Saturday, March 10, 2007, will be held on Thursday.Arrangements are entrusted to the <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, Evans City.
