Brenda Sue Hilliard, 46, of Butler died July 13 at her home.

Born Oct. 13, 1960, in Butler, she was the daughter of Joan Marie Peterson Hogan of Butler and the late Andrew James "Buzz" Hogan, who died Jan. 11, 2004.

She attended the New Testament Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a brother and his wife, Drew and Cary Hogan of Butler; three nieces, Mrs. Rob (Elizabeth "Beth") Kightlinger of Butler, JoAnn Noullet of Florida and Christy Finney and her fiancé, Jared Stratton of New Castle; five nephews, Paul "PJ" and Andrew Noullet, both of Butler, Stephen Noullet of Saxonburg, Justin Hogan of Albion and Matthew Finney of Chippewa; two grandnieces; and two grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah J. Noullet, who died June 15, 1999.
