Clarice L. Weimer
Clarice L. Weimer, 90, of New Kensington died Sunday at the home of her daughter.
Mrs. Weimer was born Oct. 21, 1919, in Arnold, to the late Albert and Annabelle Rynd Lawrence.
She worked for 13 years in the accounting department of Alcoa, Pittsburgh.
She was a lifelong member of the United Presbyterian Church of New Kensington, where she was very active with the board of deacons, the food pantry, taught Sunday school and volunteered for the Project Head Start program. She was also very active in the community.
She is survived by her children, Wendy (Tom) Nadolny of West Sunbury and Scott L. Weimer of New Kensington; her sister, Marcia (John) Monschien of Melbourne, Fla., two grandchildren, Mandy Nadolny Pierce and Joshua (Sara) Nadolny; and two great-grandchildren, Rachel and Chase Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elroy T. Weimer, who died May 11, 2002; and three brothers, Albert, James and Billy Lawrence.
