Harold "Hank" John Turbett, 47, of Butler passed away at 3:20 p.m. Friday at the Butler Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

He was born May 28, 1962, in Butler, the son of the late Patricia Duffy.

Harold was a painter for Worldwide Industries.

He also enjoyed building model cars.

Surviving are two daughters, Charlene Turbett of Butler and Shauna Cress and her husband, David, of Butler; a son, Harold "TJ" Turbett of Butler; and a grandson, Caleb Cress.
