Education: A 1986 graduate of Butler High School, Roskovski graduated from the Indiana (Pa.) University Municipal Police Academy and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Memberships: He is a board member of the Butler County Drug and Alcohol Program, a member of the Butler County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 107, the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Council, the NRA, the William H. Miller Masonic Lodge 769, the First United Methodist Church of Butler, and the Butler Area Midget Football League.
