Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 2 — Angela Marie Crawford, 39, of Chicora, was charged with felony aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and resisting arrest following an Oct. 1 incident. Police said Crawford threw a cordless power drill at a man, kicked two officers and pulled away from officers.
Oct. 1 — Kimberly Poston, 48, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 30 incident in Summit Township. Police said Poston pulled a person’s hair and bit another person.
Oct. 2 — Terry V. Ulisky, 67, of Karns City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor driving while suspended following a Sept. 11 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Ulisky was driving on a suspended license and had a blood alcohol content of 0.098%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 2 — Cody Adam Brandon, 38, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following an Aug. 1 traffic stop in Clay Township. Police said Brandon had a suspected marijuana joint, tested positive for THC and showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 2 — Paul Raymond Schnelzer, 65, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an April 11 incident in Marion Township. Police said Schnelzer struck a juvenile in the face.
Oct. 2 — Bobbie J. Keener, 42, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 17 incident in Clay Township. Police said Keener tested positive for methamphetamine.
Oct. 2 — Kelsey Elizabeth Simons, 25, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 2 incident in Center Township. Police said Simons tested positive for fentanyl and cocaine.
Oct. 2 — Bradley Elton Weitzel, 38, of Renfrew, was charged with six misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession, three misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a May 24 incident. Police said Weitzel had a clear bag of six suspected psychedelic mushrooms, a marijuana cigarette and tested positive for fentanyl and THC.
Oct. 2 — Gregory J. Williams, 52, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor resisting arrest following a Sept. 18 crash in Summit Township. Police said Williams tested positive for methamphetamine and pulled away from police.
Oct. 2 — Katlyn Marie Alben, 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a May 15 crash in Center Township. Police said Alben crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.
Oct. 2 — Jeremy W. Green, 48, of Worthington, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 29 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Green showed signs of impairment and tested positive for THC.
Oct. 7 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash around 2:30 p.m. on Sunset Drive in Center Township. Police said Justin J. Emrick, 28, of Butler, was pulling a Ram 3500 out of Dollar General without looking and was hit by Steven A. Denny, 43, of Butler, driving a Lincoln MKX. Police said Denny sustained a minor injury to his left hand, and both vehicles were disabled.
