Ruth E. (Maurhoff) Woessner, 96, of Ross Township died Monday.

Born in Pittsburgh, May 11, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Elmer J. and Martha C. (Weirich) Maurhoff.

She was the beloved wife of the late Norman C. Woessner; loving mother of Paul N. Woessner of Ross Township; and sister of the late Carl N. Maurhoff, Elmer J. Maurhoff and Dorothy L. Hofmann.

<B>WOESSNER</B> — The family of Ruth E. (Maurhoff) Woessner, who died Monday, May 10, 2010, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 388 Center Ave., West View, PA 15229. The service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 920 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15229. Please meet at the church. Pastor Michael Robinson will officiate.
