These items have been collected from various police departments.

9:10 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Kim Nawrocki, 44, of Ellwood City hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Jessica Lewis, 34, of Butler while both were traveling on Monroe Street. Lewis' vehicle was stopped at a traffic light in a left turn lane. Lewis told police she was experiencing back pain but would seek treatment on her own.

6:55 a.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Daryl Scott of Butler struck the rear of a car driven by Georgeanne Calhoun of Pittsburgh while both were traveling on Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township. Calhoun was stopped at a red light. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured.10:15 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Frank Sporter, 18, of Slippery Rock was on West Park Road in Muddy Creek Township when it went off the wet road and traveled about 60 feet through a grassy area before hitting a tree. Sporter was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.Wednesday — Worldwide Industries reported the theft of construction-related equipment worth $7,500 from the water tower construction site in Fairview Township between Oct. 20 and 26. Anyone with information about the theft should call police at 724-284-8100.

2:05 a.m. Tuesday — Two juveniles, ages unavailable, escaped from George Junior Republic, a residential treatment facility for boys 8 to 18, in Pine Township. Both boys were found later that morning at an unspecified location.

9:32 a.m. Wednesday — Christopher Snoznik, 35, of Lower Burrell was charged with carrying a firearm without a license and receiving stolen property after police checked his vehicle, which was stopped along the berm of Route 28 by the Buffalo Bridge in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. In the same incident, Raymond Warner Jr., 28, of New Kensington was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, carrying a firearm without a license and receiving stolen property. Both men were arraigned and then sent to Armstrong County Prison on $25,000 cash/property bonds for each.
