Police reports as of June 5

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 28 — Andrew T. Hasenkopf, 43, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an April 18 incident in Valencia. Police said Hasenkopf showed signs of impairment.

Butler

May 26 — Vahan Nishan Hovespian, 70, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 24 incident. Police said Hovespian had a glass smoking pipe and a license plate for someone else’s vehicle.

May 26 — Vanessa Sue Hunter, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 24 incident. Police said Hunter had a glass smoking pipe.

May 26 — Amanda Nicole Locke, 28, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a May 24 traffic stop. Police said Locke had four syringes and a small amount of suspected marijuana.

May 27 — Andrew Charles Krogh, 32, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following an April 17 incident. Police said Krogh struck a vehicle causing $1,377.40 in damages.

Buffalo Twp

May 26 — Justin Michaels, 50, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor harassment counts following a May 14 incident. Police said Michaels repeatedly contacted a man and woman after being told not to.

Butler Twp

May 14 — Angel Marie Moyer, 48, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an April 26 traffic stop. Police said Moyer had loose pieces of suspected crack cocaine.

May 14 — Thomas Edward Leith Jr., 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an April 26 traffic stop. Police said Leith had a glass smoking pipe.

May 15 — Ryan McKee Atherton, 41, of Lawrence, was charged with felony DUI and misdemeanor DUI following a May 14 incident. Police said Atherton showed signs of impairment.

May 18 — Stanley Brockman, 70, of Philadelphia, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 5 incident. Police said Brockman had a glass smoking device.

Cranberry Twp

May 26 — Jed Montgomery Beachem, 37, of Zelienople, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor trespass following a Feb. 6 incident. Police said Beachem attempted to steal sports trading cards from Target after being banned from Target.

Middlesex Twp

May 26 — Richard A. Kratsas, 63, was charged with one felony count each of failure to register with state police and failure to verify address following a May 15 incident. Police said Kratsas failed to update his address and employment on the Megan’s Law registry.

May 26 — Kadale D. Coles, 30, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 7 traffic stop. Police said Coles tested positive for THC.

May 26 — Angelo Caldwell, 61, of Vandergrift, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 24 traffic stop. Police said Caldwell had a blood alcohol content of 0.096%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 26 — Ronald Mangol, 53, of Cabot, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a May 24 traffic stop. Police said Mangol refused commands and pulled away from police, grabbed an officer and showed signs of impairment.

Slippery Rock

May 26 — Gary Alan Brown, 40, of Hermitage, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a May 16 crash. Police said Brown refused to provide his information after a crash and left the scene.

May 26 — Kayleigh Elaine Kurz, 20, of Grove City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 26 crash. Police said Kurz had a blood alcohol content of 0.171%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock University

May 26 — Colette Dorothy Evalena Baptiste, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false reports following a May 3 incident. Police said Baptiste fabricated a hit-and-run crash.

May 27 — Marissa Taylor Bell, 19, of Greenville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a May 8 incident. Police said Bell stole a sweatshirt.

State police, Butler

May 21 — Adrienne Antion Beachem, 61, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a May 1 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Beachem attempted to walk away from the traffic stop multiple times and refused commands from police.

May 26 — Rashaad Allen Johnson, 30, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a May 8 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Johnson had a plastic container of marijuana.

May 26 — William Alec Chotiner, 28, of Irwin, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing police following a May 25 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Chotiner fled a traffic stop.

May 26 — Christopher Raymond Hays, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 23 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Hays punched a woman twice.

May 26 — Rashaad Allen Johnson, 30, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a May 8 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Johnson had a plastic container of marijuana.

May 26 — Brandy Marie Williams, 42, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 26 incident in Fairview Township. Police said Williams bit a man.

May 27 — Garry Mic Slaughenhoupt, 45, of East Brady, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief and loitering following a May 23 incident in Fairview Township. Police said Slaughenhoupt damaged the door and window to a camper while on a property where he was not supposed to be.

May 27 — Brittany Renee Monaco, 42, of New Castle, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and marijuana possession following a May 24 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Monaco had suspected psilocybin mushrooms and suspected marijuana.

May 27 — Charles Roy Gage, 45, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 21 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Gage tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.303%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 29 — John R. Lutz, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 4 crash in Connoquenessing. Police said Lutz tested positive for fentanyl.

May 29 — John S. Enslen, 59, of Evans City, was charged with six misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 26 crash in Connoquenessing. Police said Enslen tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.135%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Zelienople

May 28 — Gennaro Thomas Trovato, 30, of Sewickley, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an April 25 incident. Police said Trovato left a restaurant without paying the bill.
