The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

May 3 — Cynthia Louise Dauer, 72, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 3 traffic stop. Police said Dauer had a blood alcohol content of 0.124%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 1 — Dale Arthur Chritzman, 75, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a May 21 incident. Police said Chritzman stole someone’s $60 in cash back at a self-checkout register.

June 1 — Troy Jordan Whitmire, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a May 23 incident. Police said Whitmire yelled at employees at Dunkin’ and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, called a bystander a racial slur and threw his phone on the ground several times.

June 1 — William Charles Fedunok, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 5 incident. Police said Fedunok had a glass smoking pipe.

June 1 — Eric E. Angerett, 47, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 5 incident. Police said Angerett had suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe.

June 1 — Noah Jacob Difrischia, 42, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 31 traffic stop. Police said Difrischia showed signs of impairment.

June 1 — Richard Darrell Schroder, 33, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a Feb. 20 incident. Police said Schroder destroyed the rear window of a vehicle.

May 28 — Keira A. Behun-Sporny, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a May 23 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Behun-Sporny had a small amount of marijuana in a plastic bag.

June 1 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash at about noon on East Butler Road in East Butler. Police said Matthew L. Swain, 46, of East Butler, was driving a Harley-Davidson when the motorcycle fell on its left side. Swain was not wearing a helmet, sustained injuries of unknown severity and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.

June 1 — Christopher Lee Smith Jr., 38, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an April 9 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Smith showed signs of impairment.

June 2 — Carrie Ann Whyel, 42, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 1 incident in Forward Township. Police said Whyel punched a woman in the face.

June 2 — Troy Garfield Hoke, 63, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 31 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Hoke had a blood alcohol content of 0.143%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 2 — Lena Louise Blackwood, 29, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 13 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Blackwood showed signs of impairment.

June 2 — Frank Ronald Monpere Jr., 43, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor driving while suspended following a May 16 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Monpere was driving on a license suspended from previous DUI charges and had a blood alcohol content of 0.11%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 2 — Sonya M. Schroeder, 50, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 28 crash in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Schroeder had a blood alcohol content of 0.292%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 2 — William A. Ziegler IV, 39, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Feb. 28 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Ziegler had a blood alcohol content of 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
