Police reports as of June 10

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

June 1 — Kevin Glenn Hodgens, 62, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and marijuana possession following a June 1 incident. Police said Hodgens relieved himself in a public area and had THC-A.

June 1 — Marlon Williams, 48, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a May 27 incident. Police said Williams punched a woman in the eye and attempted to strangle her.

June 1 — Stephanie Renee Steiger, 40, of Butler, was charged with felony contraband possession following a May 29 incident. Police said Steiger attempted to bring suspected marijuana into Butler County Prison.

June 2 — Wayne Alexander Barry, 37, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 19 incident. Police said Barry had a glass smoking device.

June 2 — Melissa Sue Hartley, 41, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of flight, evading arrest, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a June 2 incident. Police said Hartley ran and attempted to hide from police and had suspected crack cocaine and a glass smoking device.

Bureau of Dog Law

June 1 — Emma Sue Scott, 53, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of failing to confine a dog within the premises of the owner following a May 24 incident. Police said Scott’s dogs were loose outside her property.

State police, Butler

June 2 — Robert Tyler Budmark, 22, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 9 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Budmark had suspected methamphetamine, a glass smoking device and tested positive for methamphetamine and THC.

June 2 — Lisa Renee Ellery, 46, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 18 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Ellery showed signs of impairment.

June 2 — Marianne Smith, 62, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and controlled substance possession following a March 22 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Smith had three pills of suspected Adderall and tested positive for amphetamine.

June 2 — Marsha Lynn Ruby, 45, of Harmony, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 18 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Ruby had crack cocaine and a glass smoking device.

June 3 — Cynthia Michelle King, 54, of Hilliards, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 9 traffic stop in Marion Township. Police said King had three empty stamp bags, a glass smoking device and suspected crack cocaine.

June 3 — Ryan Eugene Deal, 19, of Fenelton, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 25 traffic stop in Donegal Township. Police said Deal had a blood alcohol content of 0.103%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 3 — Mark D. Lankitus, 62, of Fenelton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 30 vehicle fire in Donegal Township. Police said Lankitus had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 3 — Damar Paul Reitnauer, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 11 traffic stop in Concord Township. Police said Reitnauer had a glass smoking device.
