Kirk Gibson (95 pounds), Grant Ferrari (105), Will Bortmas (110), Zack Collins (115), Doug DeFrancisis (122), Jesse Spohn (130), Ryan Hannon (138), Zack Weaver (155) and Carlos Sanchez (165) all recorded pins as the Butler junior high wrestling team routed Fox Chapel 76-17 on Friday.

Alex White also recorded a major decision for Butler (6-4).

The squad also defeated Seneca Valley 48-14 on Wednesday as Josh Boozel (100) and Sanchez (185) recorded pins for Butler.

In other action, Butler captured the recent Seneca Valley Invitational after being the runner-up the previous two seasons.

Butler edged Hopewell and the third-place Raiders, followed by Reynolds and Brookville.

Blake Caudill was crowned the 90-pound champion, Will Bortmas at 110 and Zack Weaver at 155 pounds.

Cody Houston (80 pounds), Carlos Sanchez (165), Tim Fulks (210) and Matt Kenyon (250) were all second-place performers while Zack Collins (115) and Ryan Hannon (138) placed third.
