Caleb Trombat doubled and tossed a four-hitter as the Meridian Boosters downed Saxonburg Thrower Cement 7-3 in Mid-County Colt action over the weekend.

Christos Klutinoty and Ryan Melder each tripled for Merdian.

Tom Geary had two singles for Saxonburg.

The Meridian Boosters also earned a 10-8 win over Merdian W. Ricks.

Tanner Master had three singles, Trombat homered and Cory Achesinski doubled and singled for the Boosters.

Jake Huey homered and had three singles and Ryan McCleary added two hits for W.Ricks.
