[naviga:h3]Team finishes 10th in Flugtag contest[/naviga:h3]

PITTSBURGH — “Inclined Plane,” a team of Westinghouse employees, finished in 10th place out of 36 teams in the Red Bull Flugtag competition Saturday at the EQT Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta.

The team included Jon Durfee of Adams Township and teammates Jeff Levy, Ben Holtzman, Jimmy Hennen and Mike Black.

The competition features homemade, self-propelled “aircraft” that five-member teams build and push off a 22-foot-high platform into water.

The team’s aircraft was modeled after the Duquesne Incline and the team members dressed up like characters from the movie “The Blues Brothers.”

Some parking spaces in downtown Butler will be unavailable between 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday for street sweeping.

The following streets will have restricted parking:

Franklin Street from Jefferson to Fulton streets; McKean Street from East North Street to the city line; North Cliff Street from Fulton to East North streets; College Street; St. Mary Street; Cecelia Street; First Street and Second Street.
