A Parker man is accused of stealing a 2012 Ford Escape in Concord Township.

State police charged Michael Douglas Mohn, 22, Monday, Sept. 21, with one felony count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a traffic stop Saturday.

Police said they were dispatched to Seven Hill Road for the theft. A witness said the vehicle was stolen between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. Police searched the area and conducted a traffic stop on Mohn while he was driving the vehicle.

Mohn is being held in Butler County Prison on $50,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Sept. 29 before District Judge Lewis Stoughton.
