Judith "Judie" Carol Roudybush, 70, of Rushford Lane, Butler, passed away peacefully at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in her home surrounded by her family.

Born Oct. 18, 1938, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. Jurysta and Julia Onufrak Jurysta.

Judie was a graduate of Butler High School and attended Butler County Community College.

In 1993, she retired as a cosmetologist and owner of the Styles by Judie salon. She also had worked at the Kroger deli and was owner-manager of the Castle Restaurant.

She was a member of Christ's Outreach Church and the Freedom of Choice in Cancer Therapy organization.

Judie loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, homemaking, Bible study, researching and practicing alternative medicine and nutritional healing.

She also enjoyed cooking, cake decorating, square dancing and sewing.

Mrs. Roudybush married H. Gary Roudybush on Aug. 7, 1990. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Donny Bayne of Butler; two daughters, Theresa Ellenberger and her husband, Ronald, of Prospect and Colby Imbrie and her husband, Gary Aldrich, of League City, Texas; one stepdaughter, Cheryl Hay of Butler; one daughter-in-law, Becky Bayne of Butler; five grandchildren, Ronald Ellenberger Jr., Brandy Sarvey, Thomas Bayne, Sarah Bayne and Erin Imbrie; three step-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hay, Casey Hay and Kassidy Hay; two great-grandchildren, Matheu Sarvey and Mitchel Sarvey; one brother, Joseph A. Jurysta II of Butler; 12 nieces; and 18 nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Albert Jurysta; five sisters, Helen Kelly, Theresa Erkens, Alice Morrow, Irene Holben and Suella Robb. She also was preceded in death by one nephew.

<B>ROUDYBUSH</B> — A memorial service for Judith "Judie" Carol Roudybush, who died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Christ's Outreach Church.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Nemiah's Wall Handicap Accessibility Fund, C/O Christ's Outreach Church 120 Walker Ave., Butler, PA 16001 or to the Butler Public Library.Arrangements are being handled by the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, and information and a private guest book are available at www.thompson-miller.com.
