These items have been collected from various police departments across Western Pennsylvania.

6:01 p.m. Thursday - The trailer part of a tractor-trailer rig struck the traffic signal at Main and East Wayne streets. The pole was slightly bent and damaged by the unidentified vehicle.11:09 a.m. Wednesday - Anthony Miller, 24, of 310 Broad St. was charged with two counts of simple assault after he allegedly assaulted April Pollard, no age given, of 319 First St. at her home. Miller said he went to the house because the victim shut off her cell phone. The two also had altercations on Monday and Tuesday, causing bruising on Pollard.Miller was placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond.

6:50 p.m. Wednesday - A 2004 Ford F-150 truck driven by Kelli Spohn, 39, of Butler struck a 2000 Chevy Silverado driven by Chad Hickman, 34, of Butler after Spohn failed to stop for a red light on North Main Street Extension and Beech Road. Hickman's vehicle was disabled from the accident and was towed from the scene. Spohn will be cited for a traffic violation.

7:23 a.m. March 7 - Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Little Creek and Lutz roads and caused several other vehicles to crash. A vehicle driven by Judith Ann Lechner, 53, of Portersville tried to make a turn onto Route 19 from Lutz Road when she collided with another vehicle causing that car to spin and involve two other vehicles. The drivers from the other vehicles were not identified in the report. Lechner was cited for failure to obey stop and yield signs.7:32 a.m. March 9 - Evan Dunham, 18, of Cranberry Township was pulling out of the Buy 'N Fly convenience store onto Route 68 near the ramp with Interstate 79 when his vehicle collided with another vehicle on Route 68. The driver of the second vehicle was not identified. Dunham was given a traffic citation as a result of the accident.1:34 a.m. March 5 - Sherri Leigh Taylor, 28, of Cranberry Township will face driving under the influence-related charges following a one-vehicle accident on Route 19 near its intersection with Route 68. Police said Taylor was traveling north and was talking on a cell phone, when her car drifted into the guardrail, crossed over both traffic lanes and struck the guardrail on the opposite side of the road. She was taken to UPMC Passavant Cranberry after complaining of neck and back pain. She agreed to submit an alcohol blood analysis test, which came back higher than the state drunken driving limit of .08 percent blood-alcohol, police said.

5:55 a.m. Friday - A 1992 Ford F-150 truck driven by Greig Williams, 41, of Trafford, Westmoreland County, was driving northbound on Route 8 about one mile north of Route 228 east when slush caused him to lose control of his vehicle. The truck went off of the east side of the road, over the guardrail and hit a telephone pole. The truck sustained severe damage but Williams was unhurt. No citation was issued.

2:20 a.m. Thursday - Shawna L. Jewell, 30, of Rimersburg was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence along Delwood Road in Butler Township.6 p.m. Tuesday - A 1991 Ford Mustang driven by Neil M. Cashmere, 33, of Butler and a 2004 Kia Rio driven by Anthony R. Buzzelli, 31 of Butler both sustained severe damage after Buzzelli, who was driving north on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township, struck the Cashmere vehicle, which pulled out from a stop sign on Portman Road.Cashmere, who was wearing his seat belt, was not injured in the accident.Buzzelli and his passenger, Cerise N. Rothen, 25, of Butler, were not wearing their seat belts and suffered moderate injuries.Police cited Cashmere for a stop sign violation. East Butler Volunteer Fire Department, Herman Volunteer Fire Department and Butler Ambulance assisted at the scene.

4:50 a.m. Friday - A 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Therasa Rayburn, 34, of Worthington struck a utility pole while driving south on Route 3001 and then traveled down an embankment after she lost control of the car.6:55 a.m. Wednesday - A 1995 green Volvo sedan driven by a 17-year-old Kittanning boy slid on a patch of ice, crossed the centerline and struck an embankment along the south side of the road, causing the car to do a complete flip on .Route 3017 in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.The West Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
