Naomi L. Groves
Naomi L. Groves, 78, of Fenelton died unexpectedly of natural causes at 8 a.m. Saturday at her home.
She was born in Fenelton, April 26, 1931, the daughter of the late Clarence Beilstein and the late Bessie Fennell Beilstein.
She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Butler.
She enjoyed cooking and taking care of her flower garden, and she enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Leo J. Groves, who she married June 23, 1947; a son, Donald Groves and his wife, Kay, of Butler; a daughter, Beverly McWilliams and her husband, Daryl, of Fenelton; five grandchildren, Casey Groves, Krista Davis, Dawn Pyle, Michael McWilliams and Mindy Silsley; four great-grandchildren, Cody and Christopher Pyle and Anthony and Jonathan Silsley; and two sisters, Margaret Fagan of Butler and Ruth Sharp of Denver, Colo.
<B>GROVES</B> — Friends of Naomi L. Groves, who died Saturday, April 3, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Steighner Funeral Home</B>, 111 E. Slippery Rock and Main streets, Chicora. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
