The Rich-Mar Rotary Club hosted members of North Hills Community Outreach at its Feb. 21 meeting where the club presented them a $1,649.85 check that matched funds raised during the Dec. 13 Salvation Army Kettle bell ringing.

Rich-Mar Rotary club committed to a full day of bell ringing at the Walmart in Gibsonia, and about 18 members collectively gave a total of 36-hours to raise the money from the kettles.

The funds are used to prevent families from having their utilities shut off or be evicted from their home.
