Renee Foust

CRANBERRY TWP — The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton recently announced the appointment of Renee Foust to serve as vice president, mortgage loan officer for the bank’s southwestern markets, including Pittsburgh.

The Butler County resident is rejoining the bank, previously serving as assistant vice president, correspondent lending and mortgage originator following her tenure as branch manager of the Cranberry Township office. Foust will operate out of the Cranberry Township office and is responsible for mortgage lending in Allegheny, Butler, Crawford, Mercer and Venango counties as well as Hancock County, W.Va.

Foust has more than 14 years’ experience in the financial and lending industry and is heavily involved in Butler and Allegheny counties.

The mortgage loan officers will be responsible for managing existing and prospective customer needs related to purchasing, refinancing and/or constructing homes.
