The Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods, 150 Cranberry Woods Drive, is now under new ownership.

Highline Hospitality Partners, the hospitality investment platform launched by Highline Real Estate Partners, has announced the acquisition of the hotel. It marks the group’s 23rd hotel investment and sixth acquisition of 2026.

The 125-room hotel is located directly across the parking lot from the Pittsburgh Marriott North, which Highline Hospitality Partners acquired in February.

The Courtyard recently completed a renovation of its guestrooms and public spaces, including new case goods, soft goods and updated paint throughout the property.

“The hotel has been well maintained since its opening in 2012, and its recent renovation further enhances its position in the market,” said Chuck Pomerantz, managing partner of Highline Hospitality Partners. “We are also pleased to expand our presence in Cranberry Township and look forward to being part of the community for years to come.”

With the acquisition, Highline Hospitality Partners now owns a portfolio of 23 hotels comprising more than 5,600 guestrooms and about $1.7 billion in hospitality assets.

The hotel features The Bistro with Starbucks coffee, a 24-hour convenience store, indoor pool and fitness center, outdoor courtyard with lounge seating and firepits, business center, guest laundry and 930 square feet of meeting space in the Arbor Room, which accommodates up to 60 guests.
